This course combines Personal Search and HIP training components.

Produce personal searches

The Personal Search component of this training programme provides delegates with an understanding of the procedures and requirements necessary to operate as a personal search agent. Once trained, delegates will know how to produce HIP Code / Search Code compliant searches suitable for HIPs and conveyancing transactions for the lowest possible price . Produce HIPs online

YourHIPSearch delegates will also receive HIP training and will be equipped with the tools (including online software) to produce complete Home Information Packs, run their own HIPs business and compete as a HIP provider.
